Founder and President – Billy Farah has been an audio/video engineer for more than 25 years designing systems for the US Military, Federal Government, Public Safety Agencies, and fortune 500 corporations. At the age of 17 he started his first company throwing concerts for national and local artists at the most recognized live music venues in Hollywood, CA while working for this father’s A/V and furniture company. At the age of 21 he embarked on a career as a music video editor, production manager, and director. With a keen mind for innovation, he created the first system that could capture live digital HD video into a non-linear editing system by combining different technologies from various manufacturers. This was just the beginning of his journey. He went on to design, install, and support audio/video systems for clients such as the Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base, Camp David’s Security Operations Center, FBI, DEA, DOD, NASA, Secret Service, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Energy Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Nuclear Facility to name a few. He not only designs and builds EOC’s, command centers, and real-time crime centers, but he is also an emergency response official for the largest federal hospital in the United States. Billy and his team, engineer systems that they personally use and stand by them. If he wouldn’t use it himself, it doesn’t make the cut. His desire for innovation continues as he develops advanced solutions for mission critical environments. He currently lives outside of Houston, TX with his two beautiful children, William and Juliet. As much as he loves his work, his family always comes first.
Glen Aber brings 28 years of Audio/Video experience to Enhanced Awareness Inc. After several years of golf course management affiliated with the PGA, he left Florida for a design/sales integration career in New England. Some notable long term contract awards include GE worldwide, United Technologies Corp, Stanley Black & Decker, and Gartner Group. This transitioned over to nine years with Crestron Electronics, managing Consultants, Architects and Commercial Dealers.When Glen is not visiting his parents in TN or son’s family in KY, he calls Dallas home. Keeping current on AV certifications sometimes takes a back seat to creative writing or a night of open mic standup comedy.
